Six workstreams. Each is scoped after the audit, based on what your site and market actually need.
01
AI-visibility audit
Start here
Find out whether AI tools can find, understand and name you today
We write a fixed set of buyer prompts for your category, products, markets and competitors, then run them across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI features. For each one we record whether you appear, how you are described, which sources are cited and which competitors are named.
The output is a baseline you can compare against every month, plus a prioritized fix list. It also catches wrong or outdated facts that AI tools repeat about your company.
Buyer-prompt set: category, product, market, comparison
Baseline of mentions, descriptions, cited sources, competitors
Crawler access check: robots.txt, CDN and firewall rules
Indexing and snippet-eligibility check
Check for wrong or outdated facts about you
Prioritized fix list
02
Entity and schema work
Foundation
Make it unambiguous who you are and what you do
AI tools and search engines work with entities: your company, its products, locations and people. We make these consistent across your site and public profiles (legal name, address, founding details, services, leadership, sameAs links) and back them with JSON-LD structured data that matches the visible text on the page.
Google notes that no special schema is needed for its AI features and that structured data must match visible content (Google Search Central). We use schema for clarity and accuracy, not as a ranking trick.
Organization, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList JSON-LD
Consistent name, address and phone across the site
sameAs links to your real, verified profiles
Service and product pages with clear definitions
Company and author bylines
Validation: JSON parses and matches page text
03
Citation-worthy content
Content
Answer-first pages that are easy to quote accurately
We restructure your key pages and write new ones so each opens with a direct answer, then supports it with specifics: specifications, standards, process and named sources. Self-contained answers, clear headings and question-and-answer blocks are easier for people and AI tools to lift accurately.
The research that named GEO found that adding citations, quotations and statistics improved visibility in its benchmark (Aggarwal et al., KDD 2024). So we add real, sourced evidence wherever you have it, and we never invent numbers.
Answer-first rewrites of priority pages

04
Third-party mentions
Authority
Be described accurately beyond your own website
AI answers are assembled from several sources, so how the wider web describes your company can matter as much as your own pages. We help you earn accurate, consistent mentions where buyers and AI tools already read: industry publications, trade directories, association listings, partner pages and professional profiles.
Every mention is earned or corrected, never bought in bulk or fabricated, and we only name customers or partners with their permission.

05
llms.txt and crawler access
Technical
Keep the door open to AI crawlers, and add llms.txt where it helps
We review robots.txt and firewall rules so AI search crawlers such as OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot are not blocked by accident, and we publish a clear llms.txt: a short, curated overview of your key pages.
To be straightforward: llms.txt is a community proposal, and Google says you do not need AI text files for its AI features. We treat it as a low-cost clarity measure, not a ranking lever. Whether to allow training crawlers is your decision, and we will lay out the options.

Tracking prompts and reporting
Measurement
Track the same buyer prompts, month after month
Each month we re-run the same prompt set and report where you are named, how you are described, which sources are cited and what changed. AI answers vary from run to run, so we report patterns across repeated runs rather than one screenshot.
We also review Google Search Console, where traffic from Google’s AI features is counted inside the Web search performance report, and track enquiries from AI referrals wherever your analytics can identify them.
