Why we started Big Leap — and what we're trying to fix.

After 15 years in enterprise B2B marketing across Adobe, Wipro, UHG, and SHL, Monil had seen the same problem from both sides of the table: Indian B2B companies with genuinely world-class products were losing to competitors with better marketing, not better products.

The agencies they hired didn't understand B2B. They ran brand awareness campaigns for companies that needed pipeline. They reported on impressions when the founder wanted meetings. They produced content nobody in procurement ever read. And they charged full retainers for strategies that would never work for a manufacturing company selling to OEM buyers.

Big Leap was built to fix that. Not with a new template — but with a different model: start with authority, build the pipeline that authority earns, and prove every rupee spent against actual revenue outcomes.

Leads generated before authority is established are low-quality, price-sensitive, and hard to close. The fastest path to a qualified pipeline is becoming the most credible voice in your category first — then converting that authority into commercial demand.

B2B is not B2C with a higher price tag.

Procurement cycles, multi-stakeholder approvals, technical evaluation committees, and 6–18 month sales cycles require a completely different marketing system from consumer brands. We've never run a Facebook ad for a manufacturer. We never will.
